Untitled #22

Confined within the same square feet
Left hand, right eyes, defeat
Completely full yet empty human beings
A rush past repaired type of feelings

How many times can you count the cob webs?
Wondering if any residence is holding behind

I thought I’d find the answer within you
Rummaged your chest was opened
Removed all your goods
Running through the forest saying out of the woods

There was no keeping me in
I needed oxygen to keep my brain alive

My hearts the hurricane
I’ve developed this push to blow you away
Drown from all the tears that came pouring down
Ripped apart the roof they laid

A house torn apart in days

Confined within your square feet,
Who knew we’d be walking away
Toes in tow, and balanced we are for the steps we took
You never took your shoes off at the door
