Connecting Poetry to Music
This journey in creating music from poetry is more than just about exploring something new and sharing it.
Over the course of just six months, and with the change of technology as well as my access to it developing, I want to share some of the early versions of these poems along with their real world counterparts.
As time passes, it is my intention to remove streaming versions of these poems – as my main goal is to share this at an experimental level.

//ARCHIVE//
Here will be an assortment of versions of poems as songs that are not available on streaming. Reason being that either better versions were created after initial experimenting, or I couldn’t quite find the right version to keep in the world.
The first run/collection was called “Manual Input” – a direct reference to the fact that I was only taking what I had created and putting it in to the platform in order to be created. I eventually went back to this title for a public release for the same reason.
The Terrible Lies
This is a poem that is a play on patterns. It symbolizes the destruction of our worlds environment as well as the pressure of being an adult and being responsible for keeping up with others. This version was created on the basic AI model, using tags to define the sound.
Check out a live read, or read the poem here.
Lacuna
The poem “Lacuna” is connected to my personal favorite movie, “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind”. This version was included on “Trains That Never Arrive”, which was available for streaming for a limited period of time.
WORDS INTO WAVES

Words Into Waves is now available. The “collection”/album contains poems that were written over a span of 20 years, including a rewrite of my very first poem.
